Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory with 12 years' manufacturing experiences, high production capacity and wide ranges of lighting products in Zhongshan, China. We have a professional international sales team to serve you.
Q2: Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, we warmly welcome your order to test our quality.
Q3: What's your MOQ?
A: We don't have MOQ limit, 1pc sample for quality test is available. Because we finish the whole production all by ourselves, from die-casting/injection, CNC & polishing, electrophoresis, powder spraying, aging test, laser printing and packing.
Q4: How long is the warranty?
A: Normally our warranty is 2 years, but actually our products can be used for 3~5 years because of the superior quality.
Q5: How do you ensure your quality?
A: Our goods will be inspected for four times before and after the production: raw materials inspection, inspection before production, aging test and finished product inspection. You can contact us for after-sales service if you have any quality problems.
